To Be Eligible for Admission, You Must:
  • Be literate in your native language
  • Be motivated to improve your English skills
  • Be a New York State resident for the last 12 months
  • Complete the application and testing process
  • Participate in a program orientation
  • Be able to attend class Monday - Friday afternoons

THIS PROGRAM IS TUITION-FREE!!!
ONLY 30 STUDENTS WILL ATTEND EACH CLASS.
